At WEARWEST, we offer money-back guarantee on all your returns, except for lingerie, jewellery, and items bought on sale. Items bought on sale can only be exchanged. Once the product(s) is returned, full amount will be refunded to your account. Refunds will take up to 14 days to process. Return/Exchange request has to be done within 48 hours of the delivery otherwise request will not be entertained.

Exchange Policy - For Clothing

  1. We facilitate all your exchange requests, regardless of the nature of your issue. You can call or WhatsApp us at +92-332-8585839 or drop us a message on instagarm (@wearwestpk), and we will gladly facilitate your exchange request.
  2. Exchange request has to be done within 48 hours of the delivery otherwise request will not be entertained.
  3. All products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
  4. Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This entails that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags intact and packed in their original packing.
  5. If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in cases where the exchange order value is below original order value, the balance amount will be refunded within 14 days (applies to cases in which refund is also possible). In cases where the exchange order value is above original order value, you can choose to pay by card or through cash at the time of delivery.
  6. The complete exchange process will take up to 1-4 days.

Return Policy - For Clothing

Exchange Policy - For Lingerie

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order at +92-332-8585839, providing your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
2. Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and confirm availability of the replacement item.
4. Refund is applicable ONLY if the company is at fault i.e. item is not what was shown or is defective. Panties or sets that have panties in them can neither be returned, nor exchanged.

Important Notes:
• Exchange requests made after the 24-hour notification window will not be accepted.
• Shipping costs for the exchange may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Certain items such as intimate wear may have specific hygiene restrictions, so please ensure the product meets the return conditions.
